Angelica Diaz brings nearly two decades of experience in operations, client relations, and financial management to her role as Client Service Representative on our health insurance team.
Before joining us, Angelica served as the Controller at Themis Chimney Inc., where she oversaw all financial operations, regulatory compliance, and client invoicing for public and private sector projects. She owned Ragazza Contracting Inc., where she has led strategic planning, business development, and client engagement since 2010.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Angelica excels at supporting diverse client needs, maintaining organized records, and delivering exceptional administrative service. Her extensive background in project management and HR operations complements her passion for helping clients navigate health and group benefits with care and accuracy.
Outside of work, Angelica is dedicated to mentorship and empowering teams through training and support. She holds a diploma in Business from Newtown High School and attended Hunter College for Business Administration.
