As the Chief Operating Officer, Diana is integral to the success of the firm by providing effective and inspiring leadership. She is principally responsible for developing the overall plan to achieve the strategic vision of the firm, including fostering strategies for firm growth, recruitment of essential personnel, marketing strategic relationships with alliance partners and identifying potential acquisition candidates.
In addition to managing these opportunities for the firm’s growth, Diana is also principally responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the company and concentrates on coaching, developing and retaining a high caliber Hudson support team. She plays a pivotal role in Hudson’s financial planning process, and has a unique hand in developing and maintaining the operational mechanics of the firm’s trading platform as well as the implementation of Hudson’s Elite Access system, where existing clients utilize state of the art technology to gain a current snapshot of their complete financial picture. In this multi-faceted hybrid role, Diana consistently focuses on supporting the overall process of management and decision making to ensure the company maximizes its short and long term profitability.
Diana joined Hudson Wealth Management in June 2013, bringing with her a strong background in finance. Diana began her career with Pershing Trading Company and held positions at both UBS Investment Bank and Charles Schwab. Diana graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fairfield University, and received her MBA from Fordham University, with a concentration in Finance. She holds Series 7 and 63 securities registrations.
Diana lives in Rumson, New Jersey with her husband and two children, Charlie and Abigail.
