What happens to my assets if I become incapacitated, incompetent or pass away?
How can I create a legacy for my children without sacrificing my financial options in retirement?
How can I protect what I leave my children from lawsuits and divorce?
Will I have an estate tax problem? If so, is there any preplanning I can do?
